Now that SWOIT has done some due dilligence and investigated the matter, isnt it appropriate that you acknowledge this?
Maybe by at least crediting them for quickly trying to fix the matter?
When normal human beings have a disagreement they try to resolve it as adults...lets hope you teach that one to your kids.
