not really hard to believe that someone from emirates would order such fancy car.
billionaires there , prince and kings can spend as much as they want to fulfill their next to impossible fantasies and show the world that it can be done..
as to the component of this car, just as what jewelers would do with silver, adding some hard element to it such as alloy. and if it's plated with white gold, it's still expensive..
