thats because they didn't show it...%99 they have it on tape.
probably everywhere in dubai are cc cams...they went inside the country, did their job and went out...they were ALL in costumes and no one got caught... they "solved" yes, because everything is layed out on camera because you cant go anywhere without being recorded in dubai.
