And not right above the submit form. Say the words but Safe, Secure, etc. should be above the submit form. A feeling given to the consumer that this is a safe purchase. A safe purchase is also realized if the form page looks somewhat like the site itself, imo.

Very, very small tweeks have HUGE impacts on conversions. The ccbill form is the last step in this process and I feel the weakest link.
You missunderstood my post. I think It's worthless that you can't customize them.
