I got an offer a little while ago to buy what I have as is, which was far below what I will take for the time and effort I put into it. Recently talked to someone around my area who is interested in using the technology and would help with allocating some of their resources to finish development but without any $$ either up front or monthly, I would quickly fall behind on bills until everything is done and able to be sold
