As to me, I was nearly impressed. You're shooting from tripod which is very much refreshing (but get yourself a better one for smoother camera movements). Editing was good, but I think some music would help since this is a trailer - raw sound from a studio sounded a bit rude.
The first part of a clip looked better, since the second one featuring behind the scene stuff was poorly lit (which is understandable but when tossed into the same clip with a better lit promo vid it spoiled the overall impression).
That said, still very nice job.
Oh and I also liked the blurred background in several parts of the first half.

Thanks man. The camera we're using for the behind-the-scenes footage used to be my primary camera. It's one of those small consumer Canon 1920x1080 P&S video cameras that happen to be terrible with low-light performance, BUT... I wanted to give the impression to the surfers that I'm trying to put together some quality content, and doing the BTS allows me to put on more of a show. I think even the grainy BTS footage is still pretty cool for some people. When you've already seen the main video, I think it's kinda cool to get a perspective of the production.
Glad you like the quality of my new footage.
BTW, this is my tripod.
