any banners or images hardlinked to your site with proper title and alt tags will give you the same backlink juice as a text link but will increase your chances of getting your traffic. With that being the case, i would suggest asking the blog/tube/tgp network guys to hit you off about their options. Giving that your looking for 300k+ a month in traffic while still get backlink juice seems to me as if you should just do media buys (blog posts, etc) on multi ip, multi c-class quality sites to assure you not only get the juice, but that the traffic is worth the price. I deal with alot of sellers on here every day and to be completely honestly with you, anyone that says that can deliver 300k a month for less then $x,xxx would seem sketchy.

Now, on a positive note, some of my clients include PornoXo dot com, BestTubeClips dot com, Bustnow dot com... the list goes on. If your looking traffic + juice, hit me up and ill run thru the options with you but its going to be 4 figures a month min.
