That means you have a US bank account.
An echeck from PayPal takes two to three days max. An instant transfer with a checking account is instant ... credit cards are instant.
Also, why were you looking for a PayPal to Epass transfer if you have no money in your PayPal? Were you trying to rip someone off?
Re-Read: Your bank account isn't tied to your PayPal. I'd love to know how you got a special PayPal account that nobody else can get. Care to elaborate?
