as far as i know there is none for vegas, thats not to say there may be one in a new version, they added the mp4 in 2 or 3 versions ago so it may be next if the demand is high with FLV being the new thing and all.

the only advice i can give you for quicker conversions is if the videos are to big in size it will slow things down.

for example, standard tv quality is 640-480 and it takes longer to render the frames in NTSC (29.6 FPS), but if you already made those videos half size, so 320-280 and put them in PAL format (25 FPS) you cut down rendering time, as long as you keep the video quality high so the bitrate is high you will compensate for loss of quality due to size and frames.

not sure if the videos are in HD though but i guarantee that if you make the size in half but still look good at full screen cuz the bitrate is high you will slash rendering times dramatically in vegas and the the FLV convertor.
