Ahh, ok. Like I said I only skimmed the thing, trying to get the jist of it.

The entire US Tax laws have always confused the shit out of me, but that what my accountant is for

I do recall that their is supposedly some verbiage on one or more of the tax forms that says something along the lines of "I voluntarily pay......" I'm no scholar but if it is indeed voluntary why ruin lives if people don't voluntarily pay
