That's pretty much my diet on non-cheat days; salmon, tuna, tuna steaks, chicken breasts, oatmeal and broccoli.

For a protein/fat meal with no carbs you can try canned tuna with shredded swiss cheese, diced onions, green peppers and tomatoes.

Oh, and I almost forgot about sweet potatoes! They go good with turkey too.
