Not unique or new at all, I have see several porn stars over the years use this tool to promote their websites.
"Fuck a fan" or "Fan Fuck" do a google search and you will find that this concept is not new or unique in any way.
Porno Dan's productions are great however, just not the first person to use this tool/concept to promote sales.
