Ok going to answer them in order:
1) mainstream the easiest niche/market to make money right now, would be television shows.
2) depends on the country of origin or work here i do around 20 to 30 an hour for starting and then it goes up based on success and skill
3) built not sure i have built twistys, gaytube, others, it would depend on what you defined as success if your talking profit or what i enjoyed it really just runs both ways, i really
