yup if someone else is paying and they are getting a burger I'm not going to be the asshole ordering a New York Strip and wine but if he makes it clear that he is going to indulge and go all out on the above steak or something big then I will do the same.

But I hate the people that would normally just get a burger and fries but if you are buying they want a 4 course meal...
