well if BW's IP matched nobody on this board it definitely means he was smart enough to use a proxy.

i think VBulletin can also track users by cookie - i know i once got nailed on a board, hahahahahahaha or Ynot, with a fake nick by a cookie, i was using a proxy for my posting IP.
