So California is stealing from Mexico? Keeping Mexico poor? All the Western Unions on every streetcorner block are filled with needy hypereducated horticulturist health nuts sucking money dry from Mexico because the Bel Aire jetset enjoy legalized slavery?

A more erudite spindoctor would at least update the 1950 Czar Chavez storyline. Meanwhile activists pass out pamphlets explaining how Mexico will take back California. At least they're story is a current affair.

Downtown LA isn't Latino it's Mexican. I'm not sure if South Americans feel uncomfortable there but they vote with their feet.
