Lets see if I can make this my last post on this matter.
1. where in my original post did I state my daughter opened and/or read this email?

2. IF you read Mr. Swoits original post you will find it contains some blantant lies....
A. The image used in the email is extremely softcore, there's no nudity even!
As several people have seen there are deffinately HARDCORE images contained in this email. And there is more than "an image" its images.
(you can all say I'm nitpicking but, image as he claimed is images in the email received)
B. They only send out emails to people that have attempted to sign up or are past members.
Then why are other people saying they have received spam emails from them. Did they all attempt to sign up to? Lady Mischief your son got a spam email from Swoit also - did you son attempt to sign up as they claim my daughter did?
3. They attempted to provide info about this attempted sign up which is TOTALLY FALSE...I even went so far as to call my ISP and the IP address that Swoit provided DOES NOT and HAS NEVER belonged to my computer.
4. Swoit says they dont send out unsolicited emails(only to past members or attempted signups...Well, arent emails unsolicited if a person didnt sign up for to receive it? An attempted sign does not mean the person wants to receive emails from that company
5. You are absolutely correct Lady Mischief, I shouldnt have to defend myself but, it looks like it has come down to that..

If I was irrationally threatening Swoit by a bullshit sob story , why are they trying to cover their asses with lies now about this?
6. Catalina it seems the consensus is that any woman that is a mother that is in this industry is a bad mother. What about all the men in the industry that are fathers? That must make them bad fathers as well.

I said Palm Sunday because I knew we were not home on that particular day and my daughte was with me. And It DIDN'T happen - they dont even have MY IP ADDRESS.
8. Its pretty sad that people are attacking me as mother and a few other women here because I have taken a stand on this issue. I am taking a stand because they sent out a porn email and are now lying about the reasons it was sent. And its also sad that people are making jokes about this and in my eyes they are just as bad as the company that is doing this and are probably promoting the company and are worried that might not make anymore money from them.
I am not complaining about porn , I am complaining that a porn email was sent to my 10 year old daughter and now they are lying about it all to cover their butts.
So you can all go ahead and make your jokes and talk down about me and other people that feel that same as I do. Gosh, even say how I'm a bad mother because i'm in this industry. Your words and threats about calling child welfare do not bother me. You do what you got to do and I'll do what I have to do...Cause it all boils down to one thing. Swoit was wrong , they know it, and now they are trying to cover their tracks...Which they arent doing very well. A lie is a lie, plain and simple. I know I am right and they know it too!
