I always thought it would be cool to have a tofu pup cart. I like the lettuce idea, but you could never do that down here. About 20 years ago they had girls in tbacks hawking hotdogs on the side of almost every major road, caused traffic problems, accidents, and really pissed off the morals so they outlawed it. Don't remember the verbiage, but yeah, no bikini dog venders anymore.
