I'm looking for a designer that can excel in the following:
1. Designing Logos and Sites
2. Designing Banners
3. Airbrushing and enhancing photos
Designers has to be from overseas such as Philippines, India, and ....

PS: I'm not looking for design companies. I need a designer that can work for me as an employee with a specific budget.
