ehh I can deal with a chargeback here and there cause my CB% is so low, when I get one of these that obviously doesn't deserve a refund that I can get to answer questions back and forth, I make em give me lots of feedback and jump through hoops to get a refund, I just dangle the refund carrot after a list of questions about his surfing experiences on my site.
