I've been trying to refrain myself from posting on the boards, because that's what we pay our legal team for. However, this blatant slander against myself and my company is so out of control that I feel the need to educate those who seem to be slightly ignorant of copyright and piracy laws.
Posting a cease and desist letter that was sent to my company almost a year ago does not prove that we are selling illegal licenses. We have the proper contracts verifying the legitimacy of the sublicensing rights, which we provided upon receiving the C&D. That is probably why there hasn't been any lawsuits against myself or my company?
You are posting a C&D publicly and claiming that the C&D is proof that my company is selling illegal rights and that we are pirates. I would do a little more due diligence and try to have some hard core proof before publicly accusing myself or my company of piracy. I don't think a judge would consider a C&D hard evidence that we are selling licenses illegally.
