What killed me so much about the C&D letter, was that it was sent based upon a general post mentioning that we had just gotten in hentai dvds available for licensing. This was before we even got a chance to scan the boxcovers and put up the titles..as a matter of fact I didn't mention any titles or studio names in that post. Based upon a general post about licensing hentai DVDs your company sent a cease and desist for specific titles before we even got a chance to inventory and list the titles.
Of the 36 titles that were listed in the C&D, there were maybe less than 10 out of 200 hentai dvds that we have sublicensing rights for listed in the C&D. We proved through our contracts to your lawyers that we have the rights to the few hentai dvds in question. What you are claiming in this thread that not only are the handful of titles in question proven to be illegal..but all the hentai titles not included in the cease and desist are also being illegally licensed by my company?
