Tort reform would lower the insurance companies cost, but instead of limiting how much a lawyer can sue for, the president wants to limit how much the insurance companies can charge, does this make sense? Wait, Obama is a lawyer, most of his contributors are lawyers, why would they vote to limit how much they can sue for? It would be like them not voted for themselves to get a pay raise.

Tort reform is a moot point. Tort reform is about 1.5% of the problem. Tort reform is what the Republican use to distract the real issues.
The real issue here is that health insurance companies are fucking us.
