An owner of a house can tell you to get out of the house, if for whatever reason the owner doesn't like you.
The owner of a house can also choose to rent out the house to different people.
I think the "house" is the most important concept in wealth, because without a house - you are homeless.
A child who lives with his/her parents in the parent's house - that's like the parents owning the child. Unless, the child comes up with $800/month to move out and rent a different place.
