I ran a bar and I'm aware a TON of 16 and 17 year olds have AMAZING fake IDs and do stuff like this- ones that would fool even the police and liqueur inspectors.

It's too the point where one needs to have a model not just sign a release but video them reading a statement too if they look under 25. At a minimum 2 forms of gov't photo id is always a good idea.
