Aside from a permanent criminal record, you can be sentenced to pay a cash fine up to $10,000.00, serve an imprisonment sentence up to 15 years, and have your driving privileges revoked up to one year.
You can get 15 years in jail, 10,000.00 in fine, but worst of all, you may get your driving privileges revoked for an entire year !!
Who will get the plea deal ? the pornographers testifying against someone with a fake id or someone with a fake id testifying against the pornographers?
If she is caught (like now) I bet she will say anything to get off the hook
