True, but in my experience corporations (and government) don't even have the Flash plugin installed and even if they did, their firewall will most likely be configured to block porn sites.
The good thing about h.264 is that it is quite universal and some mobile phones already support it, so in essence you are "future-proofing" your site.
But you do have a point - keep your eye on Google Analytics and see which Flash plugin your users have. If most of them have the old plugin then stick to FLV.
