Instead now, he has to fight to get back the very records that prove his case.

Once LE gets a search warrant its all gone.

I talked to a producer that had his home raided because of something that someone that was living with was charged with. He wasnt even named in the complaint...

The police still took all of his equipment, DV tapes and records because the other guy had access to them. $270,000 worth of stuff and its all still sitting in a police evidence lock-up 8 months later.
