He made claims previously that his service would prevent this.
He claim nobody know if the content was removed, when there is public statements available 1+ year ago stating it was removed.
The same statement contain information that the model in question used a fake id.
He as a lawyer state:
1: Nobody know if it was removed
2: His service would have prevented this
Both statements is incorrect and false, it is statements made with the intend to promote his own service.
His statement is a public free legal advise since he appear under his business identity as an attorney, which make him liable as an attorney.

That's the reason for questioning his lawyers insurance
