HRS is called DSS around here (Department of Social Services) and they are the TOP office, no office oversees what they do and there is NOBODY to report them to if there is a problem with them. They are regulated by NOBODY and the courts tend to believe EVERY word they say.
They act like detectives and even tell you that "IF you cooperate with us things will be easier on you" If you refuse to let them in your house, they will get the cops and come in and take your kids period. I knew some good parents and some bad parents who went through hell with them.
I had to deal with them one time when I left the ex and he decided to try to make my life a living hell lol. She was a very nice lady though and KNEW he was just being an asshole.
I however have heard HORROR stories about these ppl and just to hear the letters DSS sends a chill down every parents I know's spine. It's the unknown that sucks. Will I get a bitch, will she believe me, the kids, the neighbors or even worse the EX!
