The Brethe Air Revitalizer is cool because it sucks the air in, runs it through water, and then out. You have to change the water every day. You can see that it works when you dump the water out.
The Vornado is even better. It has a decent fan in it that really moves the air. It even has a quick clean mode that is loud but effective.
The thing I like about both these units is that they are both very easy to clean. The first one you just dump the water out and the other one has these two big filters that you just need to replace twice a year.
