One thing I've learned over the years on the boards is that when someone only wants to state their side of a dispute and refuses to engage in any kind of back and forth dialogue, it usually means they are guilty of something and don't want to have defend their actions.

Despite whatever friendship and things you were doing for Nysus, you accepted payment and failed to deliver the service you agreed to provide to him. It appears by your prior statements that you don't even want to give him a partial refund in part due to him bringing this to the attention of gfy. I would encourage you to at least communicate with him and try and work out some sort of settlement.
