I have yet to know of GFY admins banning someone for being a scammer? please enlighten me on this. Sure scammers are bad but I'm not aware of them being banned for being such....

Eric can't watch everything - and I didn't make a thread about it till last week. in the end I'm the one who would have to have an objection to it for it to be a problem. I was a good sport - i let you and a pile of other people run it for a while - but everyone else gave it up. You persisted. and you persisted KNOWING there was a thread asking you to stop and it was over the line now. If 10 people do it everyone knows it's a joke - but if it's ONLY you and it's an unaltered picture of me people think YOU ARE ME. I gave you AMPLE time to take it down, and then i posted a thread for a week asking you to address the issue.
I believe you ARE a scammer cause your thread suggests you STILL WANT TO HAVE IT UP. You now KNOW it's gone too far and want to still continue. - thus scammer.
