Actually, it is my choice too....not just yours. I have the right to choose if I want to send the ID's or not. I have had 2 requests for ID's. The first one I explained the law and he was ok with that. The 2nd one still wished to see it so he got it.
If you read and understood the law then you would have the answers to your above questions. Please do not give me attitude simply because you have no clue what you are talking about.
Go research the recent Sundance Associates Inc v. Reno case then come back here and tell me again what the courts think of this issue.
