One thing is for sure...it sucks that it ever happened. And it double sucks that someone decided to go to the law about it. The law is against all of us. It's all politicians currying favor with religious right wing groups who want ALL of adult entertainment shut down.
And while some of you who have personal grudges against him may find pleasure in watching him get hurt...NONE of us should applaud it in any way. There isn't one judge or one cop in this country that wouldn't take pleasure in putting you or anybody else in jail whether you are a stripper, porn talent, producer, cameraman, hooker, phonesex, affiliate, ANY of us.
I'm just kinda shocked that anybody in the adult entertainment business would bring the govt. into anything. But I guess I was just taught differently about things.

and yes it really does suck that someone would rat him out or that someone would rat out anyone in "adult" out....for the simple fact that you are correct again....that what there primary goal or mission is....to take down the adult industry in general.
but you cant really bitch about it?..as it is their "job".....as it is ours to manufacture and distribute adult content.....if it was "ok" then there wouldn?t be any "anti pornography" campaign going on.
The main fact that there are so many different variables coming in after one person is that someone has offended a few more people then the usual.
And if you cant comply with the simple terms of a more relaxed business operation such as porn??because most that have been in the biz awhile have been burned once or twice?.but learn as they go. You don?t intentionally try and make enemies but friends and people that will support you during your tenure in ?adult???someone has lost there way??thought that they were invincible to any criticism and could ride out any sort of negative press?..but alas someone was wrong??.even in the mobster mentality??you may be the ?boss? but you understand that there are other ?bosses??..there is not just one drug cartel?..or street gang??you have to be able to work with others??it has been shown in previous posts that?..he doesn?t work well with others. That in itself says a lot.
