That's plenty of traffic to start doing some trades. Find some other blogs/sites in your niche/size and ask to trade links.
Then non-stop create micro-niches of your main niche sites and repeat the above. Then link back to your main sites from the micro sites.
Simple.. but effective if you keep building.
