I have no interest in her or her music. However, you can have sex often but do it responsibly and the very first step in being responsible is using a condom. There is nothing at all irresponsible about that message and I don't see her telling underage girls to even be in a position to use them.
Also, if somebody on stage dressing 'like a slut' is indeed directly responsible for other women having *shock horror* sex then what do you think the porn industry would be doing to people? If 'rock' (and no she isn't rock) stars have to be proper role models than that is going to make for some seriously boring music. Ever heard how Marylin Manson was getting some of the blame for the Columbine shootings?
