Yep, 2x $10 payments both to hacker forums so slightly obvious something was wrong.
Luckily nearly everything with my paypal account is payments coming in so I noticed them going out, but when I queried it with paypal they decided to freeze my whole account for about 8 weeks while they sorted it out
