It seems it's official now. Logging in to neondollars shows a message saying about this. Also, I received an email from camsitecash having this announcement. Webmasters promoting neondollars have to sign up for an account at camsitecash. The bad part is that apparently the whitelabel for neoncams will not be available through camsitecash int he near future.
