I just blame the programmer/dba/network admin/data entry guy
I normally accept galleries between 11am-7pm central time, so if there is a delay getting accepted it's after those times
Once I accept galleries they are instantly visible. My pages are dynamic and pull right off the database, so no rebuild times or queues
