I was just at the grocers today. Beans are on sale for $1.29 a can. I have no idea what store your're shopping at where they're soaking you five bucks a can but if I were you I'd try another one.

I worked in the medical field for nearly 15 years and can think of very few instances where anyone "had" to go to another country for treatment. Very few as in almost none. I've known many people who have been diagnosed with and beaten cancer who stayed right here for treatment. My sister in law for one. I've had 5 surgeries in my life, all of them here. No complaints whatsoever.
Seriously, if you find it so miserable in Canada, move. Maybe that country you "had" to go to for treatment would take you in?
