Uhmm do you even realise that they are not Canadian...lol they have their own Nation. Go try and get BCHydro or a phone line or a cable line on a reservation see what it costs... I use to work in the telco industry and a common quote was 20k to 30k to install a line on a reservation. Thats why you see satelite dishes. They have their own government. They are also considered North American citizens and have the right to live in either the US or Canada.
