Sure. But I don´t think you´re on a virtual account. I´ve got three boxes at Webair and they solved all problems in time. The online support or phone support is very helpful. Maybe it takes a bit longer with virtual accounts, but hey clearly state it on their site that virtual accounts do not get live support.
