ummm.. does anyone here realize this is "Reverse Domain HiJacking"?
That is why since they began those bulk emails to everyone with the words "sex" and "tube" in their domain name that they have never and will never take the dispute to ICANN...
they would never win on generic terms like this.. and if they lost just once, they would be out of the game.. so instead they just send out bulk emails trying to get people to turn over their domain names for free.. and some people are just stupid enough to do it..
but when you look at the names they tried to scam years ago that had at least 1 testicle you will see that they knew the law and that is was a scam so they still own their names..
they will never take a case to ICANN because they know they will lose.. and then they will not be able to run their scam...
take friggin 5 minutes to look at the law and you can easily identify that this would be considered a scam by any ICANN authority with half a brain.. and that any judge would piss himself laughing..
