Some things im thinking of doing:
#1. starting a tube site, and throwing $xxx,xxx worth of traffic to see where it goes.. if it doesnt work, oh well
#2. starting some mainstream cpa offer, like acai or similar stuff, and getting it on the major cpa networks...(not 100% sure how to get this going though)

I have the best real-estate deal there is available out there. Would be willing to cut you in, explain it to you, and do the leg work as I am already doing this for myself. I would just need to do a little more for you too if you wanted to do it.
For other ideas, I have tons. But the problem with other ideas is all I would be able to provide is the idea. You would need to put the team (programmers, designers, etc...) together to execute it. I can give you the idea, and pop in to check on it to make sure they stay on track, but that's about all the time I would have for any net related ideas.
