No chance in hell of me fronting even 30% upfront to a new guy. I will go to a lancer site before then. Luckily, I have found a few good programmers in borked and konrad, and other minor stuff I send to JamesK.
They do the work, complete the project, send me an invoice, I pay. Tada. Repeat business.
