Although user upload enabled tubes is something I'd personally avoid, unless you wanna sit there all day and approve content manually, while 99.9% of the uploaded shit's gonna be copyrighted material anywayz

Thanks for the feedback, we currently have it to restrict guests from uploading videos and are adding in the feature to restrict members. I will personally update you when its added in.
