I just opened your
http://www.galleryrefresh.com/ and it is EXACTLY the same as my
http://www.gallerypool.com.
The only things you didn't copy are the logo/header (which obviously didn't serve you) and the script (which I removed a long time ago).
I had my site up since December 2002 whereas you registered your domain in 04/2005
