In addition to the words of wisdom Michael has already posted, let me just add this: if any of you are ever in a circumstance in which, after shooting a model and distributing content depicting that model, you have reason to believe that the model in question provided you with a fake ID and/or might have been underage at the time of filming,
that is the moment to make first contact with your attorney about the issue.
In that situation, before you do ANYTHING else, call your attorney, tell them
anything and everything you know about the situation, and then ask "what should I do?"
Do NOT discuss the matter with anybody else, and do NOT discuss it with any manner of media outlet, in particular.
It's
always better to give your attorney a chance to deal with things before they become a publicly known clusterfuck of the "he said/she said" variety, regardless of whether it is a criminal or civil matter, but it is all the more important when there's potential for serious criminal liability.
