Don't you think the first thing the Judge will wonder and probably ask you is why you were filming it instead of taking care of YOUR child?
Not sure how long the video is or what you are saying in it but something to think about. Can you prove she was drunk and not just sleeping? Ppl do sleep ya know. Babies DO crap when they sleep and when the parents are asleep. Was the babeyscreaming, sleeping or what? And how'd you get in her house and with a camera?
If I had walked in on that scenario with my child the first thing I would have done was take care of the child, not film it laying there in a crappy diaper and filming the "drunk" passed out mother.
